build-an-oracle/for-ai-agents.mdx— bumped the "Bundled plugins (15)" heading to(16)and added the missingvfsrow to the plugin table so it matches the rest of the docs.build-an-oracle/reference/plugin-api.mdx— added the missing "and" before the final item in thenamelist ("…report, and the meta-tools.").Context
The vfs PR updated most "15 → 16" references but missed the heading and table in
for-ai-agents.mdx. The plugin-api list was a pre-existing grammar nit noticed during the same sweep.
