Add Use method to WithCtorParam interface#64

It would be useful to be able to specify a type to use for a constructor parameter.

c.Export<SomeType>().WithCtorParam<ISomeInterface>().Use<SomeImplementation>();

This will be implemented for both generic and non generic Export interface

    fixes #46 adds Use(Type) method for WithCtorParam
