🎯 What: Updated the desktop UI to match a more modern, flat, and minimalist aesthetic (similar to Cursor or Claude Desktop).

💡 Why: To improve user experience by providing a cleaner, less visually cluttered interface that aligns with modern developer tool designs.

Verification: Verified frontend changes via a temporary Playwright screenshot script, confirming the layout and styling updates. Ran the test suite to ensure no regressions.

Result: A cohesive, flat, grayscale UI theme across the desktop app.
