[PB-6873]: feature/sign up passwordless for checkout - #2202

Add the passwordless checkout groundwork: an env flag, a checkout SDK client that carries no session token, an account-setup service, and the createCustomerWithoutAccount/withoutSession option in the checkout service and payment hook. No user-facing behaviour changes yet.
Add a passwordless sign-up path to the checkout: the password field is hidden, the customer is created without a Drive account, and the purchase can be resolved without asking the buyer to authenticate. Cover the email-already-registered and pending-setup cases and let the buyer resend the account-setup email.
Show a dedicated success screen for buyers who paid without an account, asking them to check their email to finish setting it up (with a resend option), and open the checkout success route to unauthenticated buyers.
Add the services and hooks to complete the setup of an account paid from checkout using the token from the account setup email, and extract new-account credential generation out of the sign-up flow so it can be reused.
Add the screen, its route and translations for finishing the setup of an account paid from checkout when the user follows the link sent by email.
