On Android, opening a very heavy video (such as a 600 MB 4K file) closed the app because the player filled all the memory with buffer; now the buffer has a memory limit and these videos play fine.
Summary
VideoViewer.tsx: limits the Android video buffer to 25% of the app's memory and stops loading when free memory runs low.
