Some patches and native libraries still targeted the versions from before the upgrade; this brings them to the new ones.
Summary
patches/: theexpo-file-systemandreact-nativepatches renamed to the new versions, with the same changes.package.json,yarn.lockandPodfile.lock:react-native-videoto 6.19.3, which works with React Native 0.86, andreact-native-permissionsremoved because nothing uses it.__mocks__/react-native-permissions.ts: removed along with the library.
