Why?

The Preview spec for updating a team's members allows things the API rejects with a 400: a missing body, an empty or over-1000 member list, and a null priority-level object. It also lists the endpoint under every API version, but it only exists on Preview.

How?

Marks the body as required, adds the member list limits, stops the priority-level object being null and points the version header at Preview, matching what the API enforces.

Notes for reviewers
  • SDKs: client-side types get stricter in the same places the server already returns 400. The version header change doesn't affect the SDKs, because the version schemas are ignored by the generator.
  • Duplicate member ids aren't forbidden, because the API accepts and merges them.
  • fern check: 0 errors.
