Only "AI Topic and Subtopic" and "CX Score reasons" carry arrays, so name them as read-only properties instead of allowing the arrays for any key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why?
On a 2.17 or Preview conversation, only "AI Topic and Subtopic" and "CX Score reasons" come back as lists of objects, but the spec allows those lists as the value of any custom attribute. The docs website already describes the two by name, so the two references disagree.
How?
Names the two attributes as read-only lists on the 2.17 and Preview response schemas and gives each list item its own schema, matching the website copy. The request schema is unchanged.
