Why?

The API reference on developers.intercom.com and this spec still differed in a few small places across 2.13 to 2.17 and Preview. The places are ticket channel wording and examples, the 2.17 bulk contacts job timestamps, and the Preview activity log state fields.

How?

  • Adds channel to the POST /tickets response example in 2.14 to 2.17, because every ticket response on those versions includes it.
  • Writes "Unix timestamp" in the six contacts_bulk_job timestamp descriptions in 2.17.
  • Says in Preview that previous_state and new_state carry enabled or disabled for an IP allowlist change, as 2.16 and 2.17 already do.

A companion PR makes the matching changes on the other side. Affects 2.14, 2.15, 2.16, 2.17 and Preview, and changes descriptions and examples only. No property, type or enum changes.

Notes for reviewers

Fern check: 0 errors and the same 313 warnings as main.

…and Preview)

- Show channel in the POST /tickets response example in 2.14 to 2.17,
as the GET /tickets/{ticket_id} example already does.
- Write "Unix timestamp" in the six contacts_bulk_job timestamp
descriptions in 2.17, matching the other repository.
- Say in Preview that the activity log previous_state and new_state
fields carry enabled or disabled for IP allowlist changes, as 2.16
  and 2.17 already do.
