Why?

The 2.15 reference on developers.intercom.com and this spec had drifted apart, so they described two different 2.15 APIs. This PR adds what this spec was missing; a companion PR updates the other side.

How?

Adds a 200 response for the Fin Voice phone number lookup, the data field on the call response all five Fin Voice endpoints return, and the Fin Agent availability and pricing notes. It also writes "Unix timestamp" the same way everywhere, and says that the activity log previous_state and new_state fields carry enabled or disabled for IP allowlist changes; affects 2.15 only.

- Document the 200 response of GET /fin_voice/phone_number/{phone_number}.
- Add the data property to ai_call_response.
- Add the Server-Sent Events availability note and the pricing note to
the Fin Agent tag, and the pricing note to POST /fin/start.
- Write "Unix timestamp", and "Unix timestamp in seconds" in the search
  operator tables.

The activity log metadata fields previous_state and new_state also carry
`enabled` or `disabled` for IP allowlist changes, not only `idle` or
`occupied` for occupancy changes.
