- Add the Calls tag definition; its five operations were already tagged
Calls.
- Add the Server-Sent Events availability note and the pricing note to
the Fin Agent tag, and the pricing note to POST /fin/start.
- Write "Unix timestamp", and "Unix timestamp in seconds" in the search
operator tables.
- team.assignment_limit: say "distribution method".
- Use example.com instead of twitter.com in the POST /messages and
social_profile examples.
- Say that the activity log previous_state and new_state fields carry
`enabled` or `disabled` for IP allowlist changes, not only `idle` or
`occupied` for occupancy changes.
- Drop contact_id from the three POST /contacts/{contact_id}/notes
request examples; the request body has no contact_id field.

The 2.14 reference on developers.intercom.com and this spec had drifted apart, so they described two different 2.14 APIs. This PR adds the descriptions and examples this spec was missing; a companion PR updates the other side.
How?
Adds the Calls tag definition, the Fin Agent availability and pricing notes and consistent "Unix timestamp" wording, and swaps twitter.com example URLs for example.com. It also says that the activity log
