Show the challenge opaque correlation blob in `mpp decode` output and expose the settled amount/currency on the pay result's settlement projection. Values are read forward-compatibly so this compiles against the pinned @inflowpayai/mpp and lights up once that dependency is bumped to the release carrying the new fields.
