- 新增 skills/wewrite-write/references/quality-gates.md - wewrite-write/SKILL.md 读取块追加 quality-gates.md - wewrite-review/SKILL.md 读取块追加 quality-gates.md 研究核验部分（何时必须研究、来源优先级、claims/sources 台账规则、专业领域复核表、代码最低验证命令、降级规则）整理自写作模块现有散落规则并补充扩展。 质量门禁部分（Error/Warning/Note 分级、G0-G7 七道门禁、修复回归协议）补充五项编辑判断和 wewrite score，不替代它们。 整理自 IT-Althusser/wechat-writer-skills（基于 wewrite 改造，MIT）
