Remove the security guides, now posts on wpvilla.in - #269

The wp-cli/security README, SECURITY-GUIDE and SCANNER-SUMMARY and the trellis/security README, FAIL2BAN and MANUAL-IP-BLOCKING are covered by four posts and the existing fail2ban post. Point the Trellis README, root README and CLAUDE.md at the posts, and make the scanner wrapper's closing hint name the post. The scanners and AbuseIPDB scripts stay.
