Remove the provisioning and updater guides, now posts on wpvilla.in - #268

NEW-MACHINE, PROJECT-SETUP, CRON, the provision README, the updater README and manual-update are covered by four posts and the existing cron post. Point the Trellis README, repository layout notes and the root README at the posts. The trellis-updater script stays.
