SAreasonNotSampled needed in SA table #152
Description
SA table contains SAreasonNotSampledFM and SAreasonNotSampledBV but not SAreasonNotSampled (general).
That variable is needed to account for missing samples in the systematic sampling and recording of, e.,g., individual baskets from a flow of catch.
Specification of the variable is similar to other reasonNotSampled, i.e., Yes/No.

The field SAreasonNotSampled have been added next to the two SAreasonNotSampledFM and SAreasonNotSampledBV. It will be in the updated data model this year.
