CPD 5.3.1 Compatibility and Upgrade Validation

  • Updated the required dependency/component versions for CPD 5.3.1 compatibility.
  • Validated the changes using the default CPD 5.3.1 version.
  • Tested the CPD upgrade scenario to ensure the updated versions are compatible and the upgrade completes successfully.
  • Confirmed that the changes do not introduce issues with the CPD 5.3.1 upgrade flow.

Add CPD 5.3.1 catalog for Helm-based airgap support

- Add v9-cpd531-amd64 catalog with CPD 5.3.1 component versions
- Include WML, Spark, Cognos, Watson Studio CASE versions
- Define shared dependencies: OpenSearch 1.2.0, CCS 12.1.0, Redis 1.3.1

- Revert test to expect v9-260625-amd64 as newest catalog
