MASAIB-2621

Description

Allow the AI Service tenant operator to be customized in the Subscription's "spec.config" field. Uses the same pattern as the existing mechanism for the tenant scheduling customization file.

Test Results

Verified that the CLI successfully rendered the tenant params file with the new field in the GitOps flow:

Verified that the CLI correctly parsed and processed the tenant operator configuration file and successfully launched the install pipeline:
