Summary

• Replace the static Chrome 46 / OS X 10.10 fallback with Chrome 154 / macOS 10.15.7, using Chrome's reduced user-agent format.
• Keep existing behaviour: only replace a missing user agent or Amazon CloudFront; preserve supplied user agents.

Chrome 154 is the macOS stable release active on 2026-10-06 according to Google's Version History API. The previous string dates to 2015 and can mislead server-side browser checks.

This changes the PHP-side fallback only. The edge WAF evaluates the original viewer header before this substitution, so the fallback itself does not trigger the WAF old-browser rule. No infrastructure/cache-key/forwarding changes.

Validation

• Checked both strings against the shared old-browser regex patterns: Chrome 46 matches; Chrome 154 does not.
• git diff --check passes.
• PHP/runtime tests not run locally (PHP is not installed); module CI should validate the change.

Please backport to supported release branches after review, then release through the normal module workflow. Not deployed yet.
