Summary

• Build with Xcode 27.1 on the Xcode 27 runner so iPhone Duo can use its full inner display.
• Raise the deployment target to iOS 15, the minimum accepted by Xcode 27.
• Expand the host list's scroll surface to the full page width while keeping host cards at their current 400 point maximum width.
• Document the SDK requirement and the need to install a newly built IPA.

Verification

• Local Release archive succeeded with Xcode 27.2 and iPhoneOS 27.2 SDK.
• A locally signed IPA passed ZIP and code-signature verification with a provisioning profile that includes iPhone Duo.
• Workflow YAML parses and git diff --check passes.
• The revised host scrolling behavior still needs an on-device check.
