feat: add community leaderboard and clean tracker header

Description

• Implemented community leaderboard at /leaderboard with dual tabs:
  • শীর্ষ শিক্ষার্থী (Top Students): Ranked by logged study time from daily_study_logs (filtered by activity_privacy !== 'private').
  • শীর্ষ কন্ট্রিবিউটর (Top Contributors): Ranked by approved shared resources from resources.
• Added timeframe filters: এই সপ্তাহ (this_week), এই মাস (this_month), সর্বমোট (all_time).
• Top 3 podium display and full Top 50 ranked list rows.
• Included 1-line Bangla explanations below tabs.
• Added Leaderboard navigation link and quick access buttons in Peers and Tracker pages.
• Removed Log in -> CTA from the Study Tracker header.
