Retire control and rooms TUI for headless surfaces

• Adopt hraness-control-kit v2.0.0 (desktop-foundation drops the TUI/dialog surface).
• Remove vhalla tui and the standalone vhalla-rooms-tui crate; the local status/outputs text renderers keep the control goldens byte-identical (snapshot renderer now crops at the requested width like the removed ratatui surface).
• Move the room form/signing layer (Form, labels, create_body/describe_body/archive_body, SigningSource) into vhalla-rooms-app so rooms submit/pending/status stay scriptable under the renamed experimental-rooms-replica feature.
• rooms tui returns a clear retirement error pointing at the replica commands.
• Update help, README, cli-parity, deploy/docs, CI feature lists, site copy, and the lockfile; the ratatui/crossterm/wezterm tree leaves Cargo.lock.
