What

Release v0.8.99: version bumps for 13 packages and 5 plugin manifests, plus the release notes and changelog entry.

Manual editing in Studio is more exact. Dragged and rotated elements follow the pointer and land where you drop them. Resizing a cropped element keeps the same part in view, and moving a clip on the timeline moves its animations too.
