What is wrong with the docs?
#12199 changed the public API of Cabal but didn't include a changelog entry. Please add one.
Comparing the signatures from the rendered haddocks of Cabal-3.18.1.0 Distribution.Simple.Command with the one built locally from 0b16f4f:

I found this rebasing #12213 and hitting a compilation error.
