docs(README): fix unmatched commands in Identity & billing and Cloud blocks - #15

…blocks - connector line: no 'connector' product exists -> real ops are 'provider connect|verify|disconnect <provider>' and 'connection list|rm [id]' (also drops the nonexistent --provider flag on those ops) - billing 'deposit' does not exist -> 'billing topup' (topup create credits the balance) - 'agents run' -> 'agent run <ref>' (product is 'agent') - 'clusters ...' -> 'compute clusters create|list|rm' + pools create|rm|scale - 'cloud list|accounts' -> 'compute fleet get' (BYO machines + clusters, DO/AWS/GCP) - graph docs link: /docs/services/graph 404s -> /docs/openapi/graph (200) Verified against a build of main: all 24 command sequences in both blocks return exit 0 with the command's own help (never the root usage page), and no line falls through to the task launcher. cargo test unaffected (docs-only; spec_drift's 2 failures pre-exist on clean main).
