Feature request: show session names (Claude Code /rename customTitle, Codex thread_name)

Summary

Claude Code lets users name a session with /rename <name>. abtop currently identifies sessions only by project directory, PID/session id, and the generated summary, so several sessions in the same repo are hard to tell apart. It would help to show the user-assigned name.

Where the name lives

/rename appends a line to the session transcript (~/.claude/projects/<project>/<session-id>.jsonl):

The entry can appear more than once (each rename appends a new one), so the last custom-title line wins.

Proposal

• Parse the latest custom-title entry while reading the transcript.
• When present, show it in the Session/Summary column (or in place of the generated summary), and expose it as a field such as custom_title in the --once/JSON output.
• Fall back to the current behavior when no name is set.

Tested against abtop 0.5.5 on macOS (Homebrew).

Codex too

Codex CLI also keeps per-thread names (set via rename or auto-generated). They live in ~/.codex/session_index.jsonl, keyed by the same id used in the rollout file name:

The file is append-only, so the entry with the latest updated_at for an id wins. Seen with codex-cli 0.157.1.

It would be great to show this the same way as the Claude Code customTitle.
