Just added the license info fro the old google code source and added here to ease the acquisition of this info.

Thanks for the proposed change! My intent is to ultimately change the licensing to Creative Commons 1.0. Is there any feeling that this would create a negative impact?

I'd much rather have it with some broader/freer license like MIT or Apache. I just copied this info from the old repository on Google Code.

• MIT (most simple and straight forward)
• Apache 2.0 License (compatible with MIT)

Howdy,

I understand that this is a very old pull request.

Do you feel Creative Commons 1.0 is too restrictive?

If possible, I'd like to make some updates without requiring (those interested) from contributing or requiring attribution. Part of the contributions would be the change to the license, as well as a CI/CD process for automated builds.
