Overview
Regenerates the TypeScript SDK at v2.19.0 from an updated Shippo OpenAPI spec via Speakeasy 1.784.0, with widespread model and operation handler updates across the package.

Carrier accounts see the main consumer-facing contract changes. carrierAccounts.list() has a breaking change to request.carrier and to items in response.results. Create, update, get, and register flows change the FedExConnectExistingOwnAccountParameters union shape (breaking on create/update request paths), reflecting expanded FedEx own-account fields such as multi-factor registration and verification options. New generated models include Policy, Verification, and VerificationOption, plus a decimal type for numeric fields.

The API surface also drops CDL from the service-level enum set. Packaging and docs pick up minor fixes: .npmignore now whitelists root package.json / jsr.json and build JSON, and the README retry example uses the updated addresses.list call signature.
