The current fuzzing has coverage gaps, e.g. glyph.cc, font.cc and normalize.cc: https://storage.googleapis.com/oss-fuzz-coverage/woff2/reports/20260427/linux/src/woff2/src/report.html This adds new fuzzers for consumption by OSS-Fuzz that can lead to code coverage increase.
