What

Drop the custom galadriel label from runs-on:

# before
runs-on: [self-hosted, Linux, X64, galadriel]
# after
runs-on: [self-hosted, Linux, X64]

self-hosted, Linux and X64 are the automatic labels every Linux x86_64 self-hosted runner gets, so these jobs now run on any compatible self-hosted runner — no machine-specific label to register/maintain. (codium-full also deletes .github/actionlint.yaml, which only existed to register the custom label with actionlint.)

Notes

  • Runners themselves are unchanged apart from no longer advertising the extra label.
  • No other workflow changes.

Jobs now require only the default labels every Linux x86_64
self-hosted runner gets automatically: [self-hosted, Linux, X64].
Any compatible self-hosted runner can pick them up; no
machine-specific label is needed.
