- weather trims null-safe ((x or {}) idiom); geocode-result-without-location
→ clean not_found
- redact() also scrubs the URL-encoded key form; real RED test forces the
encoded key through an upstream error message
- README: key-in-URL claim corrected for tz/weather; gcloud restriction list
