All four model call sites (ingest, cluster, classify, narrate) plus signal.py, eval_bucket_golden.py, and run_wispr_cluster.py now go through a shared src/llm_client.py client on OpenRouter instead of constructing anthropic.Anthropic directly. Model constants moved to OpenRouter slugs; OPENROUTER_API_KEY replaces ANTHROPIC_API_KEY. Updated CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, SKILL.md, BUILDS.md, and README.md to reflect the swap and current closeout state. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
