Bumps sqlite3 from 2.10.0 to 2.10.1.

Release notes

Sourced from sqlite3's releases.

2.10.1 / 2026-10-19

Dependencies

  • Vendored sqlite is updated to v3.54.1 (from v3.54.0). This release contains a fix for a possible heap buffer overflow on 32-bit builds, including the precompiled x86-linux-gnu and x86-linux-musl gems. #756 @flavorjones

Improved

  • Database#define_aggregator no longer creates an anonymous class for each aggregate function it defines. Each invocation of the function still runs on a clone of the template object. #752 @jhawthorn

<!-- Use a conventional commit-style title, such as "fix(hub): retain
prototype history". -->

## Why

<!-- Explain the problem and why this change matters in a short,
plain-English paragraph. Link the issue when applicable. -->

Review the nine eligible Dependabot updates together instead of merging
overlapping dependency changes separately. This combines #123, #124,
#125, #126, #128, #129, #130, #131, and #132. It excludes #110, whose
latest dependency-age check failed, and leaves the learning package's
lockfile unchanged.

## What changes

<!-- Describe what becomes different for a first-time reader. Explain
necessary terms. Include accurate Mermaid diagrams when they clarify the
proposal, using before/after diagrams when helpful. Add screenshots for
meaningful UI changes. -->
<!-- Omit validation sections, checklists, and routine test/CI summaries
such as "CI is green" or "tests passed". Mention only known verification
gaps that affect the change, not disclaimers about drafting this
description. -->
<!-- For UI changes, prune obsolete and duplicate stories in the
affected catalogues as part of the change. Explain removed UI or
consolidated coverage where needed; see
hub/docs/storybook.md#ui-changes-and-pull-request-evidence. -->

Update Hub's SQLite, Zod, linting, Node types, and Storybook
accessibility dependencies, plus the Ruby setup action and the starter
and build-action dependencies selected by Dependabot. CoreAI's test
runner moves from Vitest 3 to Vitest 5 as part of #130.

Rebuild the canvas assets that bundle Zod so the distributed files match
the updated lockfile. Apply the approved canvas patch bump to 1.5.3 and
update its existing version assertion. No application source or story
presentation changes are included.

Local Bundler Audit still reports the existing `crass` 1.0.7 advisory,
GHSA-pq4g-8rxf-4g29. That version is unchanged from `main` and outside
this update batch, so the complete local Hub CI command is not green.

The Hub, starter, build-action, and dependency-age workflows require
approval before their GitHub jobs can run. Their combined PR checks,
including the full Node 24/26 matrix and production images, remain
unverified.

Looks like sqlite3 is up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.
