Bumpy, slow scrolling in IE8

Not really an issue (I assume there's not much to do about it), but you might want to update your docs to reflect this. Using updateOnResize: true seems to make scrolling in IE8 bumpy and slow. (It's still bumpy and slow with updateOnResize: false, but that's just IE8 being a bad browser.)

Ah, don't sigh … I just use the lt-ie9 class to switch updateOnResize. That works, and it's IE8, after all. :)
