Create a How To section in documentation on Git and GitHub training to support newcomers.

Per Telegram group discussion, adding training to help newcomers participate in GhostBSD activities (dev & docs) is needed.

Adding a How To section with links to free online GitHub and Git training would make it easier for newcomers to get involved.
