Adds core support for message body size and shared receive-latency calculation. Updates the messaging attribute contract and validation.
These changes align the shared producer/consumer instrumentation with the Sentry Queues Module SDK specification:
messaging.message.body.sizeis an optional integer attribute measured in bytes. This PR adds the span convention, extension hook mapping, and validation needed for integrations to report it.messaging.message.receive.latencymeasures the time from publication to receipt in milliseconds, excluding consumer processing. The shared helper gives integrations a consistent calculation and unit.ActiveJob (#3130) and Sidekiq (#3134) adopt these capabilities in the following PRs.
