`silent` build option does not suppress the Next.js SDK's own build logs

withSentryConfig's silent option is documented as suppressing all Sentry SDK build logs, but it is only forwarded to the bundler plugin. The ~29 console.* calls the Next.js SDK makes itself during a build still print.
