feat(platforms): inherit fallback guide support rules

Make common-page supported and notSupported rules inherit through a guide’s recursive fallbackGuide chain. Exact current-guide rules take precedence over inherited rules, while category exclusions take precedence over inherited fallback support. The same resolution is used by page generation and PlatformSection.

This branch is merged with current master and preserves the newer category-based support metadata. During conflict resolution, the still-valid guide exceptions from the original PR were replayed on top of the current category model rather than restoring stale files wholesale. Those exceptions remove 19 additional broken links without overwriting newer Eve, Mastra, or category changes.

Validation:

• 413 tests pass
• TypeScript, ESLint, and Prettier pass
• Production build succeeds with 10,859 generated pages
• Exhaustive scan of all 10,859 pages completes
• Inherited support plus restored exceptions reduce the current baseline to 72 residual 404s, which require newer or unrelated targeted content fixes in a follow-up branch
