Updates sentry from 0.48.3 to 0.49.3.

Relevant fixes

• Fixes a bug where the SDK could panic while handling a panic, which aborts the process (#1241, 0.48.5).
• Float fields in tracing logs stay numeric instead of becoming strings (#1278, 0.49.1).
• SentryHttpLayer now records http.response.status_code on transactions (#1253, 0.49.3).

Breaking changes

• ClientOptions is now #[non_exhaustive] and its sampling fields were removed (#1230). init_sentry now uses the builder setters. The sample_rate / traces_sample_rate setters panic on values outside [0, 1], so the config now rejects those values on load.
• enable_logs is deprecated and defaults to true (#1299), so the explicit setting was removed.

Also in this PR

• New sentry.transport_channel_capacity config option (OS__SENTRY__TRANSPORT_CHANNEL_CAPACITY), default 60 (the SDK default is 30), to reduce dropped events, spans, and logs.
