SmallGroupsInformation only prints, so other software cannot use what it knows about the groups of an order. SmallGroupsInformationRecord returns the same information as a record: the number of groups, the layer, whether identification is available, the indexed selection criteria, how the groups are arranged as a list of id ranges with the attribute values they share, and the publications behind the layer.

SmallGroupsInformation now prints from that record; its output is unchanged. Layers added with SmallGroupsAddLayer can supply the record through the new optional component informationRecord.
