Frontend Improvements

• Removed the color picker from the sidebar and moved it to the navbar
• Redesigned the "Base64Dialog" to be more consistent
• Hyperlinks change color when hovered over
• Sidebar navigation now has more obvious highlighting
• Re-organized the navbar links (although I would like opinions on it)
• Standardized dropdowns and popups so they use the same design
• Cleaned up the page headers so they won't break while in dev mode
• Some slight theme changes to make contrast better
  Maybe some other things, I forgot.
