This PR updates the README.md file to reflect that the envui tool is now available as a global npm package. The documentation changes from local development installation and usage instructions to global package installation and simplified command usage.
- Replaced local build instructions with global npm installation
- Updated all CLI usage examples to use the global
envuicommand instead of local./dist/cli.js
