Update GitHub organization from RomanEmreis to ferrus-dev - #24

The main ferrus repo moved from https://github.com/RomanEmreis/ferrus to https://github.com/ferrus-dev/ferrus. Update all GitHub links, the Docusaurus organizationName, and the docs editUrl accordingly, and swap the stale GitHub Pages reference for the site's actual ferrus.dev domain.
