The goals of the project need to be descoped a bit.
Version 1 should just allow importing of types into project for type conversion (as is currently done in teleprolly and AdLib).
Simply importing the WebIDL types and getting consistent behavior in JS and browsers is a big win.
Future version may generate JS based on WebIDL code.
