What

The second half of the alpha app surface, completing what #93 started: v2-patch-app / v2-patch-app-auto-draft (content-addressed htmlEdits), v2-remove-app (DELETE on a named draft), and the app slice on v2-create. All generated from the spec — no CLI code changes this time.

Ready to merge — exploreomni/omni#60801 has landed and this branch was re-synced from omni@main (only a description string had moved; operation surface identical to the pre-generated spec). Then v1.3.0 ships the whole alpha surface in one release.

Testing

make test green (8/8 packages), built and spot-checked: all four verbs generate on the draft-app routes, and every app command's --help carries the Alpha note from the spec.

Picks up the rest of the alpha app surface: content-addressed PATCH
htmlEdits on both draft routes, DELETE on the named-draft route, and the
app slice on document create. Synced from the omni stack's final branch
ahead of its merge; to be refreshed from omni@main before merging.

One description string moved on main since the pre-generation; the
operation surface is unchanged.
