Architecture: should cli expose machine-readable introspection and diagnostics commands?

Should cli include built-in commands for:

• command/schema discovery
• environment/auth diagnostics, such as cli doctor
• capability checks

Value: this improves discoverability, debugging, and integration with other tools.

If yes, I can draft and implement a minimal interface.
