What: Add an explicit Crawlscope task entrypoint, keep it outside Zeitwerk, document require:false usage, and cover lazy loading.\n\nWhy: Preserve Crawlscope rake tasks without loading the crawl stack during normal Rails process boot.\n\nWhere: Crawlscope loader, Railtie, task loader, README, and loader tests.
