chore: prepare v0.1.0 release - #19

Roll the unreleased changelog entry into a consolidated v0.1.0 section (only alpha pre-releases were ever published, so v0.1.0 is the first stable release) and point the project URLs at ethereum/hive-python-api instead of the old marioevz/hive.py location.

Prepares the first stable release,
v0.1.0:v0.1.0section. Since only alpha pre-releases (0.1.0a1–0.1.0a5) were ever published to PyPI, the previous aspirational[v0.1.0] - 2025-07-09heading is folded into this entry.[project.urls]inpyproject.tomlto point atethereum/hive-python-apiinstead of the oldmarioevz/hive.pylocation (these URLs are shown on the PyPI page).No version bump is needed in any file; the version is derived from the git tag via
setuptools-scm.✅ E2E sanity check
This branch was verified end-to-end with hive in
--devmode (hive @b3534fdd) andconsume enginexfrom execution-specs master (e8e99481), with this checkout ofethereum-hiveinjected viauv run --with-editable:tests@v20.0.2, subset.*(eip2930_access_list|stStackTests).*-n 4(~54 tests/s sustained through the new shared keep-alive session, no connection errors)🚀 After merge
