Scripts are moved to https://github.com/eshtek/hexos-app-catalog
This PR liminates all individual JSON files located under
docs/public/install-scripts/, which previously defined curated applications. Also removes thegenerateCuratedIndex.mjsscript, which was responsible for creating the documentation index for these scripts. This signifies a move away from maintaining a curated list of install scripts in this manner.
