Update command

To update the value of the toggle flag we need to use the tog set command, this works nice. But I think that should be nice to have an update command or something like it, so we don't have to pass the description any time and all the values at any time that we want to update the rollout options. Makes sense?

Totally makes sense! But perhaps the behavior of set wasn't properly documented. It already behaves the way you would expect wanted it to, by patching the flag with only the provided options. Do you think it should be called patch, maybe?

I tried the way you describe it and it really works, probably with better documentation should solve the questions
